Pursue a direct sale or procurement of qualified natural graphite to the Defense Logistics Agency or another Department of Defense buyer, with Transquip positioned as a prospective supplier of DoD-specification material.

Technical validation
Advance a demonstration lot
Move the graphite process toward a demonstration lot supported by independent testing and a Certificate of Analysis measured against the target specifications.
